Continuing Education, Brokers License, and Pre-License Sales classes. To view each of the class schedules, begin by selecting the CURRENT CLASSES & TESTS link above. Q: Should I take my classes online or in-person?

TREI offers courses both online and in-person to fit the different needs of real estate professionals. In-person courses give attendees the ability to interact with other students and the instructor and offer a classroom-like experience. Online courses provide you with the same materials, include study materials, videos, and tests, but give you more flexibility to learn in the comfort of your own home and go at your own pace.

Q: How do I sign up for Continuing Education classes using this website?

Select the CURRENT CLASSES & TESTS link above. Find which course you want to take. You'll see a list of all available sessions for in-person courses, as well as a link to purchase the Online versions of the course. Once you find a date / time that works for you, add that session to your Cart by clicking the bright green button next to the session you want. Continue this with other classes that you'd like to take as well. When you're ready, click the 'View My Cart' link at the top of the course list to review the sessions you've chosen. You can remove any unwanted sessions or go back to add more if you'd like. To complete your purchase, use the 'Proceed to Checkout' button to enter your billing information and complete your transaction.

Q: When are the class schedules posted?

Continuing Education schedules are posted throughout the year and updated as often as possible. Always check back often to see if they have been cancelled or closed, or rescheduled.

Q: How do I know if an inperson class has been cancelled?

If a course doesn't fill up within a week of its scheduled date, TREI may cancel a course. TREI will notify registered attendees either by email or by phone and will refund any payments for cancelled courses.

Q: How do I know if an inperson class is full?

TREI will mark the class as 'Full' on the website next to the session date / time.

Q: What if I decide I don't want to take the course after I've registered, or have to cancel for some reason?

If you can't make it to the class for some reason, or choose not to take it, you can either register for the class at a later date, or your money will be refunded.
