This course reviews changes that have occurred in the past two years relating to real estate practice. The course begins with a review of procuring cause, enforcement of ethical violations and license law violations. The course reviews a licensee’s requirement to report criminal convictions. The course covers the following items: Administrative fees, types of agency, protected buyers, advertising a future property, and a class action law suit which could have a long term impact on real estate.

72-Hour Sales Licensing Class

We are offering the 72-hour Pre-license Sales class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate sales license.

We are offering the 72-hour Pre-license Sales class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate sales license. These classes will be offered on week nights from 6:00 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. and on Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.on the following dates in 2019:


Next Sales Licensing class will be held in January.  Please check back in December for those upcoming dates.  

There will be two make-up classes at the end of the session in the event you must miss a scheduled class.  The State requires each student attend 72 hours of class.  In the event that you miss more than two classes you will have to make up the missed classes in an upcoming set of classes in order to obtain a certificate of attendance. 

Registration will close three days prior to the start date of the course.

NOTE:  When you register for the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in person class, you will be registered for all the classes!
