MRP - Military Relocation Professional Certification

Students taking this class will be prepared to work with transferring military families. Financing for veterans will be discussed with the emphasis on the Federal VA Loan Program.

This course covers all aspects of issues important to transferring veterans and their families.  Become the go to agent for military referrals.  The course also spends time going through Federal VA Loan financing.  It covers areas of eligibility, downpayments, and closing on VA Loans.  This course is a one day class which will earn the student a Certificate of Completion from the NAR.  This class will be limited to no more than 12 students.

This course will meet on Sept. 25, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Real Estate Investing: Build Wealth Representing Investors and Becoming an Investor Yourself

This course covers working with investors and investing for yourself.

This one-day course will introduce students to a variety of investments.  The course encourages agents to begin working with investors to help them reach their goals.  It also encourages agents to become investors themselves.  The course will cover topics such as Gross Rent Multiplier, Capitalization Rates, Financing Options, and many other areas of investing in real estate.  It will require each student to bring a calculator to class.  The text book will need to be downloaded prior to class.  If you are intending to use this course to complete your ABR requirement, you will need to bring your NERDS number to class.

This course covers all aspects of buyer agency.

72-Hour Brokers Class

We are offering the 72-hour Broker licensing class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate broker's license.

We are offering the 72-hour Broker's licensing class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate broker's license.  These classes will be offered on the following days from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

October 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, and 31.

NOTE:  When you register for the first class, you will be registered for all the classes!


The State requires each student attend 72 hours of class.  In the event that you miss more than two classes you will have to make up the missed classes in an upcoming set of classes in order to obtain a certificate of attendance. 


Registration will close three days prior to the start date of the course.

72-Hour Sales Licensing Class

We are offering the 72-hour Pre-license Sales class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate sales license. The course tuition includes 72 hours of instruction, two text books, a pre-license practice exam and a certificate of completion.

We are offering the 72-hour Pre-license Sales class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate sales license. The course tuition includes 72 hours of instruction, 2 text books, a pre-license practice exam, and a certificate of completion. These classes will be offered on weekdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. on the following dates: Sept. 30, Oct. 1,2,7,8,9,14,16,20,and 23,28,30, Nov. 3,4,5,10,11,12,17,18,and 19.   


There will be two make-up classes at the end of the session in the event you must miss a scheduled class.  The State requires each student attend 72 hours of class.  In the event that you miss more than two classes you will have to make up the missed classes by video at no cost to you.

The emphasis of the class is on adherence to the Code of Ethics and working closely with buyers to help them attain their goal of home ownership. This is a two-day, 16-hour class. The buyer agent is part of a team of dedicated professionals who lead buyers to home ownership. This course has been available for several years throughout the US and has proven to make buyer agents more professional.
