We are offering the 72-hour Broker's licensing class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate broker's license.  These classes will be offered on the following days from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

October 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, and 31.

The State requires each student attend 72 hours of class.  In the event that you miss more than two classes you will have to make up the missed classes in an upcoming set of classes in order to obtain a certificate of attendance. 

Registration will close three days prior to the start date of the course.

We are offering the 72-hour Pre-license Sales class which will prepare you to pass the state real estate exam to obtain a real estate sales license. The course tuition includes 72 hours of instruction, 2 text books, a pre-license practice exam, and a certificate of completion. These classes will be offered on weekdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. on the following dates: Sept. 30, Oct. 1,2,7,8,9,14,16,20,and 23,28,30, Nov. 3,4,5,10,11,12,17,18,and 19.   


There will be two make-up classes at the end of the session in the event you must miss a scheduled class.  The State requires each student attend 72 hours of class.  In the event that you miss more than two classes you will have to make up the missed classes by video at no cost to you.

NOTE:  When you register for the Sept. 30, 2025 in person class, you will be registered for all the classes!
